Acquisition increases leadership position by adding the Internet's top alternative medicine and massage therapy education directory

SEATTLE, Washington - September 14, 2005 - All Star Directories, Inc., the Internet's fastest growing publisher of career and online school directories announced today it has acquired the Natural Healers Web site business (www.naturalhealers.com) from Natural Village, Inc. of Winthrop, WA. The deal adds another leading education directory to All Star Directories. Financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999, Natural Healers is the Internet's leading resource for people interested in studying alternative medicine and natural healing arts such as massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractics and naturopathic medicine. The acquisition provides All Star Directories with over 700 new school listings in the alternative medicine education market.
