What is the Rubenfeld Synergy Method ®? Rubenfeld Synergy Method® (RSM) Practitioners use a light touch to release physical tensions while talking to clients and verbally encouraging them to explore the emotional and psychological roots of these tensions. This method integrates elements of Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Gestalt and hypnotherapy into a body-mind therapy that helps clients contact and release energy blocks, tensions and imbalances.

How is Rubenfeld Synergy Method® practiced?

RSM sessions are usually about 45 minutes and clients are fully clothed. Rather than treating illnesses, the practitioner treats the psychophysical problems people carry with them. Rubenfeld Synergy Method encourages clients to return "home to themselves." The method uses breathing patterns, body posture, sound, verbal expression, movement, kinesthetic awareness, imagination and caring touch, to access feelings.
