What is sports massage? Sports massage is one of the fastest growing forms of treatment for athletes for the prevention of injuries, enhancing performance and in rehabilitation. The sports massage applies a range of techniques which help to restore function to muscles and joints before, during and following sporting participation. This is also known as sports therapy or therapeutic massage.

What are the benefits of sports massages?
Regular massages for athletes have the following benefits:

How can sports massage aid sports performance and give an athlete edge?
All athletes look for an edge that can help them train more effectively, perform better or overcome injuries quickly. The limits of speed, endurance and strength are pushed every day and each year brings new world records. Even though athletes push harder and harder, there are still limits to the body's ability to keep going without breaking down.
