American Academy of Personal Training

The American Academy of Personal Training is a nationally accredited private occupational school that is widely recognized for its innovative approach to personal training education and certification. AAPT's vocational certification curriculum combines equal amounts of classroom and practical instruction, conducted on-site with experienced faculty. This hands-on style of learning enables students to develop confidence and aptitude in not only the science and business of personal training, but also in the everyday, practical aspects of the job. Classes are led by state-approved educators with advanced exercise degrees, extensive industry experience, and commitment to the success of each student. Located in New York City and Boston, AAPT offers full-time, three-month programs with day and evening class options, as well as part-time six month programs with night and weekend class options.

TUITION & FEES

$4950 plus a non-refundable $50 application fee. AAPT offers a range of payment options to make funding your education easy. Discounts are available for service members of the military, police, and fire department, as well as for non-profit organization employees. Tuition assistance is available to AAPT students through various government programs.
