- Financial Assistance - We have continued to offer training at
the lowest price per clock hour in the area. ASHA offers
financial assistance in the form of Federal Student Loans
(Stafford loan/PLUS loan), Federal Student Grants (Pell grant)
and student loans through select private lenders, for those who
qualify. Our Financial Aid department will walk you through the
process to help make it affordable for you to begin your massage

Accreditation (COMTA). ASHA is the only COMTA accredited massage
school in the state of Georgia.
ASHA's Leader – Owner/Director Dr. Stan Dawson
Stan Dawson, D.C. graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic
in 1975. He is a pioneer in the area of holistic health. He was
the first doctor in the southeast to use massage therapists in
his practice, the first to practice with an MD, the first to do
conjoint sessions with clinical psychologists. Dr. Dawson was
also the FIRST to set up a holistic health care and education
center in the southeast, all of which he did before 1980, when
holistic health was not a well-known concept. Since joining ASHA
in 2003, Stan has been the driving force behind the innovations
in ASHA's programs. He is the author of the holistic model that
underlies ASHA's educational process.
