Allow me to introduce myself...

My name is Cami Sandroni and I am the owner and director of Hands on Healing Institute. I believe that more and more of us are becoming interested in spirituality and are searching for different ways to bring peace, compassion, understanding and tranquility into our lives and those of others. This great new millennium is the time.

My Dad was a doctor of western medicine who treated his patients with a holistic approach. Listening to him talk about his patients was my first lesson in how you should treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I experienced another strong lesson a few years ago. I suffered a great loss and was having a very hard time. I learned first hand how massage therapy could help in the healing process; not just with physical injuries but also with injuries to the mind and spirit.

My healing experience is the reason I have opened Hands on Healing Institute. My goal is to help you learn how to help others through massage therapy.

Massage therapy is a wonderful occupation. There are so very many things that our hands enable us to do but none as important than the ability to touch one another. We all have a purpose in life... a unique gift or special talent. When we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the exhilaration of our own spirit.

Our Programs

Hands on Healing Institute CMT150

This foundation course has 7 instructors. Our CMT150 is a 150 clock hour course teaching basic anatomy and physiology as well as lectures and practice of the application of Swedish massage with introductions to the following massage modalities: Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, Structural Bodywork, Energy Awareness & Trigger Point Therapy.

Hands on Healing Institute Advanced Massage Therapy Electives

Our Advanced program is for massage therapists that want to add to their certified hours, continue their education and understand more fully the mind, body, spirit connection to facilitate healing. The choices of what modalities and how many hours of training you wish to accumulate are yours. We have over 1,800 hours to choose from. Electives: Advanced Swedish, Advanced Chair, Kinesiology, Applied A&P (Palpation), Deep Tissue, Crystal Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral, Heated Stone Therapy, Spa Facial, Energy Healing, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Focus on Fascia, Fusion classes and much more...The more you know about yourself and your client the better capable you are to help facilitate healing.
