Allow me to introduce myself...

My name is Cami Sandroni and I am the owner and director of Hands on Healing Institute. I believe that more and more of us are becoming interested in spirituality and are searching for different ways to bring peace, compassion, understanding and tranquility into our lives and those of others. This great new millennium is the time.

My Dad was a doctor of western medicine who treated his patients with a holistic approach. Listening to him talk about his patients was my first lesson in how you should treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I experienced another strong lesson a few years ago. I suffered a great loss and was having a very hard time. I learned first hand how massage therapy could help in the healing process; not just with physical injuries but also with injuries to the mind and spirit.

My healing experience is the reason I have opened Hands on Healing Institute. My goal is to help you learn how to help others through massage therapy.

Massage therapy is a wonderful occupation. There are so very many things that our hands enable us to do but none as important than the ability to touch one another. Our Programs

CMT150 Program

Our CMT150 (150 hours) Beginner's Program is for those of you who wish to get licensed in our local cities that accept 150 hours. If the city you are planning to work in or live in requires more hours you can also take electives to add up to the hours required.

CMT150 is an excellent program for people who:

Want to work on friends and family.
Want to experience growth emotionally and spiritually.
Want to work after graduating and have time to earn the money to take advanced courses.
Want to do volunteer work to give back to their communities.
Want more knowledge of their minds, bodies and spirit.
Want to see if this is what they would like to do professionally.

CMT250 Program

CMT250 Program (250 hours) has the curriculum recommended to apply for a State Certificate as a Massage Practitioner through the California Massage Therapy Organization (CMTO). A State Certificate would allow you to practice in any city in California.

CMT500 Program

Our CMT500 Program (500 hours) is recommended for applying for State Certification as a Massage Therapist through the California Massage Therapy Organization (CMTO), which allows you to practice in any city in California. Certification for Massage Therapist will require your taking a passing a test.

Advanced Electives

Our Advanced classes are for massage therapists that want to add to their certified hours, continue their education and understand more fully the mind, body and spirit connection to facilitate healing. The choices of modalities and how many hours of training you wish to accumulate are yours. We have over 2,500 hours to choose from. Here are just some of our electives:
