Northumberland College is an institution accredited by the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA). The 2200-hour program provides students with an integrated curriculum model developed by ICT Schools' Department of Education. Our massage therapy program is client-centered and reflects a holistic approach to massage therapy. Over the years Northumberland College graduates have excelled in the entrance examinations of regulated jurisdictions and professional associations. The massage therapy program at Northumberland College commences in September and in January.

Work Towards Your University Degree as You Obtain Your Massage Therapy Diploma

Graduates from Northumberland College's Massage Therapy Diploma program are able to transfer their massage therapy credits towards a BSc in Human Science (post-diploma) at Canada's largest and most notable online distance education university. Up to 30 credits can be transferred towards your degree. By attending Northumberland College the tuition you pay for your massage therapy diploma can, at the same time, pay for 30 credits of the 120 credits required by Athabasca University to complete your degree. That represents a significant savings should you wish to obtain your university degree at a future time in your career.
