  • Enrollment fee is nonrefundable in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Nevada, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Students must withdraw before the close of business on the last day of the introductory period for tuition exemption. Students continuing beyond the introductory course will be responsible for tuition in full and the cost of course materials, including textbooks and uniforms.

Diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy

The objective of the Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma program is for students to obtain the skills required by health care and personal service employers in a myriad of settings including:

  • Salons
  • Fitness centers
  • Medical offices
  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation
  • Chiropractic clinics
  • Resorts

Students will learn the basics of Swedish, sports and chair massage, as well as anatomy, physiology, pathology, massage ethics and more.

Graduates through this diploma program are eligible to sit for national certification through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).

Graduates may qualify for employment in a wide variety of settings, or they may even begin their own massage practice. Although the program is designed to prepare students to take various certification or licensing exams, the college cannot guarantee students will pass those exams. In some cases, field experience may be necessary to be eligible to take or to successfully pass the exams.

Associate of Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork

The objective of the therapeutic massage and bodywork program is an extension of the Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma program and provides graduates with an Associate of Applied Science degree. The associate's degree program provides advanced holistic, clinical and technical skills not offered in the diploma program such as:

  • Treatment of sports injuries
  • Reflexology
  • Acupressure
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Myofascial technique
  • Cranio-scaral and lymphatic therapies
  • Aromatherapy
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Vichy shower treatments
  • Various body wraps

Graduates from both programs will obtain the skills required by health care and personal service employers in a myriad of settings including:

  • Salons
  • Fitness centers
  • Medical offices
  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation
  • Chiropractic clinics
  • Resorts
