Keiser Career College

Keiser Career College offers career-oriented training programs that prepare students for positions in allied health and computer technology. Associate's degrees and diplomas are available from three Florida campuses. All programs focus on the specific skills and knowledge needed for today's career fields. The faculty is comprised of industry-experienced professionals who offer students personal attention and their own practical knowledge in an environment that simulates the real world.

Associate of Science or Diploma - Massage Therapy

The massage therapy program provides instruction in therapeutic massage with knowledge of the structure and function of the human body. Students receive training in:

  • Hydrotherapy
  • Massage law
  • The prevention of medical errors
  • Allied modalities

Graduates will be prepared for employment as massage therapists.

Diploma - Paramedical Esthetician

The paramedical esthetician program at Keiser Career College will prepare students for employment as paramedical estheticians. Paramedical estheticians work with plastic surgeons and dermatologists in pre- and post-operative skin care. Under the guidance of a licensed health care provider, they provide treatments that prepare the skin for surgery for a more comfortable healing process.

In addition to studying techniques used in the medical community, students will study advanced skin care training marketable in spas and salons, developing skills used to protect, heal and beautify the skin, while counteracting the aging process. Students will participate in a clinical setting to apply skills that have been acquired in the program. A diploma will be awarded upon successful completion of this program.

Upon successful completion of the paramedical esthetician program, students may apply to receive their Florida State Registration Certificate as a Skin Care Specialist. Students must have a social security number to be eligible for state licensure.

Accreditation

Keiser Career College is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) to offer diploma and associate's degree programs.
