500 Hour Personal Training Program

The main objective of The National Personal Training Institute's (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "NPTI") program is to train each individual in the art and science of Personal Training. The knowledge and skills acquired by the students will prepare them for the occupation of a personal trainer. The program is also suitable for those who are adding skills to their profession as health care workers in nursing, physical or occupational therapy or any other related field.

The National Personal Training Institute is committed to providing a high standard of education to each student. The National Personal Training Institute seeks to prepare its students with the specialized training needed to enter the work force and contribute to the community. We provide well qualified instructors and a curriculum that provides The National Personal Training Institute with the ability to release skilled personal trainers into the workforce. Our objective is to provide our students with the knowledge and confidence that every personal trainer needs and deserves. We stand by our word to provide you with a unique and comprehensive course.

Training Program

Our 500 hour comprehensive course contains 300 hours of classroom teaching, plus 200 hours of supervised, hands on gym time. Together, this gives the student one of the most comprehensive courses to date.

200 Hours Supervised Gym Time

  • Introduction to Fitness centers, program design, fitness classes, gym equipment, etc...
  • Learn spotting techniques
  • Learn lifting techniques
  • Monitor and record results on your classmates.
