NTI stands for academic excellence. Our college level courses are intense and challenging. Students experience a variety of views and research regarding different aspects of holistic nutrition and natural foods, and use this experience to create their own professional directions within these growing and emerging fields. Courses are based on holistic, naturopathic and traditional Western scientific principles. We have student-centered programs in which classes are small and interactive. Students are trained not only in nutrition and whole foods, but in adjunct skills such as public speaking, interviewing and critical thinking. The Nutrition Therapy program is a challenging one. It is geared for serious students who wish to attain an in-depth knowledge of holistic nutrition. It requires a serious commitment. Classes are college level and provide you with the opportunity to assimilate a significant amount of information. This program can be done in the classroom at our Denver campus, or through distance learning. The Natural Foods Chef program provides you with the skills and knowledge to move into the growing need for becoming a personal chef and providing healing food for clients. This program can only be done in the classroom here at our Denver campus. Both of these programs offer profound possibilities for supporting and improving health.
