Beyond the Classroom

The practice of yoga and meditation are valuable self-care tools and serve to develop a deeper understanding of the body. To compliment the movement classes in the curriculum, we encourage students to attend unlimited free classes in our yoga schedule.

In addition to yoga classes, our scope of professional services includes body therapy, personal training and a retail store. To further support the health and fitness needs of our students, we offer all services and retail merchandise at a discount.
