Sunset Pilates Fitness

Sunset Pilates Fitness Summer Certification is a 225 hour Summer Certification Program.

After this summer you will be certified in mat, reformer and small apparatus.

Sunset Pilates has been certifying instructors for the past 4 years. We pride ourselves on small class size and apprentice type training. We only have up to 6 students per class.You will be qualified to earn $30.00-$75.00 a session after completing this program.

This Special Summer Time Program is made up of :

65 Mastery Hours. Mastery hours are based on your own personal Pilates. You need to do and feel the exercises in order to teach them correctly.

70 Hours of Workshop. This is learning to teach, safety issues, and picking out the correct exercises for the client.

45 Observation Hours. These hours are used to observe how the instructor teaches the client. Why the instructor chooses certain exercises and does not with others.

45 Apprentice Hours. You need to teach with the guidance of others.

Some instructors have gone on to be invited by Lolita San Miguel Master's Mentorship Program.You will be qualified to get jobs at Pilates Studios, Fitness Studios, Gyms, Dance studios, Country Clubs, Hotels and Cruise Ships.

Our price is $30.00 per hour.

We have an Early Bird Special sign up by May 15, 2010 and pay only $27.50 per hour.
