Massage Therapy at UEI College

The overall objective of this program is to prepare students for a career in the field of massage therapy. Primarily designed for those wishing to be self-employed. Opportunities may be available in health and wellness centers, resorts and hotels, and rehabilitation and physical therapy offices.

UEI College's Massage Therapy Program Highlights/Features:

• Graduates may become licensed through National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB)
• An advisory board meets regularly to evaluate the program, update the curriculum, and recommend appropriate changes.

• Managing a successful massage therapy practice

• Taking a client's medical history

Practical laboratories are conducted in all of the relevant massage therapy skills used in the profession
